Bien Venido a Miami!

I'm here in Miami for the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A) conference till Sunday. After that I then fly to Lake Tahoe for the Strong Interest Inventory Certification Training. The weather has been really stinkin' hot and HUMID! High 90's with nearly 100% humidity. With the conference going until about 5pm everyday, it gives us plenty of time to head to the beach for swimming, sunbathing and sweating.
